Everton 08/09 Plus Europe

Like getting beat by Barnsley you mean?

More rot! Barnsley were quality opposition. They were semi-finalists in last season's FA Cup and darlings of the competition to many a football fan. They beat Chelsea as well but couldn't take it that extra yard and beat the mighty Cardiff City.

No, I mean like getting beat by Oldham. Oldham are shit.

What's that noise? Oh yeah, the sound of goalposts being shifted. Barnsley yup quality opposition, famed worldwide as a not shite club.....

More spin than a Zanussi.....

Ah last season. So many memories.......

Anyway, how about last weekend. Did you enjoy it? You were shit so I'm guessing not.

Not so much shifted the goalposts as ignored the pitch....

Shite weekend yes, but not matter how shite it could be worse.... I could be a Kopite.

See, I'd have thought they'd have had a much better weekend than the Bitters.

So talk me through this poor start to the season. 2 wins in 9 games. The only league points you have won have been against the 3 promoted teams. That does not bode well for Sunday's Clash Of The Hilarious versus Newcastle. The loser of this game will surely be beneath Spurs in the piss-taking stakes. If Joe Kinnear can inspire his team as well as he can swear at journos then Moyes will have his work cut out. Can Gollum make it no wins out of five at home? Can he avoid conceding at least 2 goals in a home match? It's all to play for.

A draw would probably be a good stepping stone for you before the Arse and Man U matches that follow.

You really need to end this obsession..... Spend time worrying about your own underachievers rather than you're apparently 'irrelevant' neighbours.
I don't give a fuck what you or the rest of your ilk think.....

Mind now, you dont want to come across as bitter.

Ha Ha, you're paying more than is paid for Benitiz or Ferguson for five more years of hoofball and getting knocked out of the cups. :D:D

Suckers.

have you watched Everton in three years? Moyes doesn't have them playing hoofball at all, infact Benetiz is more an anti football long ball merchant than Moyes.

So the name of this thread.........

Is it to discuss Everton's season plus any other events in Europe? If so I was interested to hear that a lot of migrant workers are returning home due to the downturn in the UK economy.
