Classic :D

The back of me's been on telly. :D Twice.
Once aged 10, when conducting a percussion band at the Urdd eisteddfod (how disappointed were my parents!!!)
And once going into the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand.

Some woman once stopped me in the street and asked me to be in a film or telly something but I had an awful hangover so I refused.

I was on French tv answering questions about a sculpture. What the fuck do I know about sculpture. Or anything else for that matter.

My hand on tommorows world .Lithunian TV beating the crap out of someone on tv riot training . Couple of times during my time in iraq

songs of praise/ jossy's giants/ choir of the year competition...

bein on TV is totally boring. it takes them ages to film set-up, and then they do 20 takes of some dull scene... might you, I wasn't exactly in the most exciting productions...

I played two different characters and did some extras work on Pobol Y Cwm

I don't let it go to my head, though.

Yes.

* Cheggars Plays Pop. Twice. :o (our school won the series) One time I had to push a huge ball round an obstacle course, the other time, I had to jump across an inflatable wearing a sack kind of thing, then climb out of it and turn into a butterfly at the other side. :o And the BBC were tight b@st@rds, they wouldn't even let us take the t-shirts home; we just got a signed photo of Keith Chegwin, a balloon and a badge.
* News (just voiceovers, I reckon I have a face for radio :o ).
* Appeared on screen in the background in a newsroom.
* Probably appeared on screen at some point going into/out of RCJ on the Strand when I worked as a court reporter. (I was later played by an actor in a docudrama for one of the cases I worked on.)

* Not quite broadcast telly, but I'm on some random 'learn English' DVD in China, sitting at a desk next to a Chinese 'Professor' whose slides (on his laptop) were full of typos, so I started stopping filming to get him to correct them, but there were so many it got embarrassing, so I just let them slide. :o

Radio:
* Hosted a magazine programme in China (was offered the breakfast show too, but I sooooooo don't do mornings!)
* Wee bit of community radio presenting in England.
* Was interviewed for local BBC radio recently about a local issue -- did a Mrs Angry/Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells turn, which was fun! :D

I was on Booze Britain on Bravo.

Classy.....

I worked on that, but thank god I never had to go on any of the shoots. Were you followed as a group or were you just in the background?

Have been on telly quite a few times over the years on demos and other union type things, sometimes even deliberately, but probably most often just by walking past the tv cameras which are almost permanently outside New Scotland Yard, and which is near where I work.

Never been on telly for anything fun :(

Ladies and Gentlemen we have a star in our community.

<bows and orders limo>

but.......I would neglet to mention the Cheggars Plays Pop bit.
Ruins the CV.

I've been on a number of times. I used to get interviewed by local TV whenever something went from at Oxford United FC, which was often. And when I wrote a book nine years ago I appeared on a couple of late-night sports discussion shows - Channel Four with Danny Kelly and Channel Five with Dominik Diamond. But most importantly, when I was younger I appeared in the chorus on Songs of Praise.

erm..

- Appeared in the crowd on "Get Fresh" (sooo long ago)
- Was interviewed for Scottish News about a theatre company.
- Took part in a TV debate about "should old people go into homes"
- Was filmed at shopping centre in glasgow by a big guy in a pink dress (?) as part of Steve Wright's Friday Night thing.
- Appeared on national news whilst waiting at Kings Cross to get to Edinburgh the christmas during the mass delays after Hatfield.
- Was on Tricia.
- Was on "Snap" - a pants Scottish quiz show.

Been on radio once - just playing the piano after winning a competition.

edit - took part in an education video about "Agression" in care homes.
