Can someone give me some advice regarding a seller? I ordered a skirt on the 19th of September to be custom made. The selller says it takes her about 1-2 weeks before she sends it. OK, that's fine. I noticed about 14 days ago it still says she hasn't shipped the item.
So I send her a message asking her about how is it progressing? I still haven't heard from her. I also notice that she hasn't listed anything in her store since late September. I also checked her blog and also nothing since late September. So then I message her 5 days ago to ask what has happened to it. What do you think I should do? I think it's a bit rude she hasn't replied. If she was sick or something else has happened to cause a delay at least she could have contacted me. Having started two conversations with her and nothing makes me a bit concerned

It could simply be that she's on holiday or snowed under - however there should be some sort of contact on the etsy site where you register concerns with the site as a whole - maybe email the seller again to say that you're kinda interested in where your booty is and if she doesn't reply in a couple of days you'll contact the etsy police ?
