IMO if England are to win they probably need a lead of 350 to 400; anything less and Pakistan will be able to chase it down, any more and England won't have time to bowl them out. Although if Inzamam's chest/abdominal pains are serious, Pakistan may have to bat one down. Chances are Inzamam might have to bat at 7 anyway.
