Rooney is rubbish at playing up top by himself and if you were going to play an attacking centrel mid it would be lamprd over gerrad as lampard does nothing but shoot where as gerrad should in theroy be able to run a game for the centre of the park.

Really confused as to why noble and huddlestone werent in the un21's if they havent been named in full squad. Both are match fit.

Thing is he is actully pretty decent at claiming the ball on crosses as long as he doesnt come through players. He just needs to realise he cant get to some crosses and stay on his line rather then coming through 5 players and getting no where near it and leaving a big gap where he should be.
