Nanker Phelge Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.

The England Amputee Football Association National Team are soon to head off to the World Cup.

A national team who are consistently beating teams from all over the world.

Beating the best teams in the world.

Beating the best teams in the world who are fully funded by their own National Football Associations.

Our England Team have no funding from the English FA.

They have to pay to play. They raise all their own money. If they want to go play world class teams, who are fully supported financially, then they have to find the money to get there and win.

...and they win...not occasionally, all the fucking time!

Our National Team kick fucking arse...all over the world, and at their own expense....

...and our FA does nothing for them.

On the eve of the European finals they got a text saying 'good luck' from the FA.

...and yeah, they lost in the final to a team considered to be the best in the world. A team that is fully supported by their National Football Association.

BUT THEY GOT TO THE FINAL....no fuss, no fancy shit, no ego, no tube stations named after the Captain for coming 4th in a tournament....

The FA keep promising to send delegates and representatives along to games to meet the team, to discuss ways they might help them, and then they txt the night before and cancel.

This team is going to the WORLD CUP, and their performance record demonstrates they have every chance of winning it....

...but they are short of cash, still short of 70K to get there....

They stand outside supermarkets with buckets, and do charity events, and crowdfunding and just keep on keeping on...

The FA are doing Sweet FA

I don't even like football, but these chaps and their stories and their strength and commitment is something else...

These are people who get up when they have been smashed down....and are still fighting to show the world they can just do it (sponsorship opportunity for Nike there!).

I will come back to you all with ways you can help...

    If you want to...

    in the meantime....do some research...please

Tbh surprised the fa not backing them when the brother of the fa president puts on disabled games. Wrong sort of amputee perhaps.
