look, i can't help it if i'm so harcore. the problems came with the heat. yes, it was heatstroke that caused me to be incapacitated from 7am saturday morning onwards (and for the following two weeks!)

Shame that , it never went above about 23C or 24C all weekend. Really wasn't THAT hot.

Thing is, there's this myth that backstage at festivals is the place to be, whereas its really the least desirable place to be for two reasons

1 - All the money/effort etc has been spent on putting on a good time out front
2 - Its full of crew and the most horrid of festival goers, musicians..

A mates band has played there a couple of times, and we've had passes or went down with them. The first year we went backstage but last year we decided to go on the camping field. There's more of an atmosphere imo and it's more chilled cos you're not surrounded by people 'working', or worrying that the singer is going to be too twatted to play later

Tickets on sale 1st March, which will be celebrated with a bit of a do somewhere in the Bournemouth area - will let you all know where when its confirmed. Prices are set to remain the same as last year & we've a few new ideas up our sleeves -safe to say though, that the Punk Karaoke will be making an appearance
