I have sent you Deejay PunkRoc 'Rockin It'- the version from the beatbox single not the chickeneye album, which I much prefer cos it has those beepy bits that get under my skin, in a good way. (Yes, i am clearly not a music critic) :p

If you dont like this too much i am happy to try again - and if anyone else wants any other non-gangster-related 90's hiphop let me know - I like this game! :)
 
ok, is there any way we could "take this to the next level" (i've always wanted to say that :D )

what's practicalities of setting up an email list where everyone on it can send and receive mp3s in email form?

there'd have to be some sort of limit (maybe each user could only send one a day, or if it was really busy, one a week or something) to stop boxes overflowing, and people would have to make sure they contributed, but it would be a top way of sharing new discoveries and recommendations.

is it a goer? i'm happy to sort the list out...
 
i was thinking something similar... plus, i've now got about 50 mp3s saved on my gmail account that i can forward straight on to anyone who asks. :)

can i suggest for the email list that everyone gets gmail accounts? it makes it a whole lot easier, and there's no worries with files being too big or stuff like that.
