I may have over re-acted when I made that suggestion If it was simply a phishing email - no you don't, as long as your passwords are strong, it's probably nothing to worry about. Just delete it.

Use a password manager - BitWarden is free and v.good IMO and has apps and a web-based version Bitwarden Open Source Password Manager | Bitwarden others are available

Use duck.com email addresses as spares or for shite you think might spam you - obtained via the duckduckgo browser DuckDuckGo — Privacy, simplified.

Also, use DuckDuckGo browser or Neeva (IMO). Neeva - Ad-free, private search

Getting loads of scam emails straight into my outlook inbox, it seems to happen sporadically. Gmail never seems to let anything like as many scam emails through. I can't remember the last time I saw one.
