I didn't say the Jackson 5 stuff was no good, just that it's cheesy. You can't deny the cheesiness.

Elvis had his low points, but his (numerous) high points soar above Jackson's, which were with his brothers, and were cheesy.

nah. even with his best stuff there was a knowing cheesyness to elvis. whereas jacksons best stuff (don't stop til you get enough, for instance) can drive you into an ecstatic frenzy.

horses for courses though, but they did both produce brilliant stuff and cheese.
