Bastards, I was away working for 3 weeks, came back with my cheque to buy a ticket and they were sold out so organised a holiday instead. Definately going next year though.

no way!! you were standing next to me so - cos i took it! i had the letter 'Z' & no-one wanted me in their word :D
that is so funny!! i knew PROD were gonna be in the pussy parlure & was trying to recognise ye from the ugly mug thread but couldn't spot you!

Absolutely cracking festival though just a few wee complaints. There was no where near enough water taps and any I found tasted like TCP, eurgh! No where near enough loo's or urinals. If ther'd have been more urinals I reckon the q for the loo's would have been at least cut in half. And with the campsite not opening til Friday, the day the festival started I was shattered by the time the first act came on on Friday evening after travelling from 6.30am that morning.

STill great fun, the weather was alright and well, it was foooooooookin amazing!

My highlight of the weekend- wandering into Hot Chip on Sunday after a breakfast of 4 e's and a bottle of bucky! THey were fuckin class!

aha, i kept hearing talk of of rigs setting up on the far side of the site and never found them. sounds a bit dicey, but at least i might have found some more drugs..

Tir na gCasta was grand really until the last night with the inevitable festival anti-climax and heading back to the real world coming to blight the bubble people had created for themselves. There was some real muppetry in the campsites on the Monday morning, nonetheless security managed to expose themselves as utter pricks shattering yet another facade in the glorious Electric Picnic jamboree of 'we care about more than just your wallet.'

So there was a fair amount of ye Urbanites over for this? I say over as I presume most of ye are over the pond in good ol' Blighty.
