If your team had been near the very bottom of the football league, struggling to reach 3,000 crowds not that long before, you might get a little excited about reaching the Championship in front of 74,000 people in your home town.

To be fair, Newcastle have won about as much as we have recently,and have one defeat in a cup final to cheer about! Atleast we've won the Welsh cup a few times since they last tatsted success!
