Don't forget to add a pinch of salt!
1 for hungerford also please
What's yet another year not reaching the First Round Proper eh? Resigned to never playing, never mind beating a Football League side in the FA Cup in my lifetime!
A right royal thumping it seems. Is there any signs of hope or is it only going to get worse?
Player sent off.
Ifeanyi Allen. This is a fucking disaster.
What the fuck has happened here?
Normally I 'd agree, but this is the year we could really do with the prize money just for reaching the First Round. The competition as a whole has already lost much of its appeal for me for a variety of reasons.
We might as well not bother with the second half of this match now.
Terrible challenge but Dean Cox (with plenty of previous) made the most of it.
That appears to be the norm in this division.
Just second best every ball all day.
4-1. It's on.
*Foolishly starts to dream
WTF! Come on Hamlet!!!!
Full time 4-3.
Bah! Lots of questions have to be asked abut the first half. How could we be so shit?
Absolute dog shit first half, not acceptable!
First half we were appalling, so bad in fact I wouldn’t be a able to tell you if Eastbourne were any good. All I can say is Eastbourne were clinical.
We missed Kargbo, he is the engine of that team and gives us a tempo. None of our defenders fought for the ball. We ultimately showed Eastbourne to much respect and paid for it.
Gavin didn’t get the team right. He played a 4-1-2-1-2 diamond and our players looked lost on the pitch. Iffy started on the left, got sent of on the right. Vose kept running down the left.
Tomlin offered nothing. Chased after players he would never catch and wore himself out. Lost the ball more than he won it. He shouldn’t be starting games.
It’s was the worst performance I have seen from the Hamlet and after the third goal went in heads dropped. Although we scored three in the second half that was down to Eastbourne not trying and although they would should be a little embarrassed with the manner in which they conceded.
Onwards and upwards.
Can't say more than above. I think the 4-3 score flattered Dulwich in the end.
Agree about Tomlin
Agree about Tomlin, like everyone else, but I think missing Kargbo is a bit of an excuse. Bottom line is that Eastbourne are not really much better than Chippenham. Will be disappointed if we don't take six points off them over Christmas.
Fully agree here. Speaking to Eastbourne fans during halftime and the second half they seemed as surprised as we were by thevscore line. Plenty of "are we that good or they that bad"
