A word of caution about the Sixteen - they seem to have become one of the favourites of Classic FM.

I can't really get on with them for some reason, although I know they are supposed to be good.

A must have album is Music for Compline by Stile Antico. They don't use a conductor, they just stand in a semi-circle and watch each other. That album is mind-blowingly good.

Just discovered this lot yesterday, took me a while to find a choir without boys that I like who sing this sort of stuff, but they're great
