Son of Roy This time next year we'll be millionaires

It is anticipted there will be more that 90 ex-Hamlet players from as far back as the 1950s at this game. We need a big crowd and lots of donations.

Is this rhetorical, or are you looking for suggestions?

If the latter, PM me. I have some instructional manuals, not all of which are entirely legal to own.

Edit: if anyone asks, they’re “collectors items for academic research,” ok?

From the club news/ Brixton Buzz article:

    Urgently needed food items

    • Tinned fruit (400gms)
    • Coffee
    • Rice (500g)
    • UHT milk (1 litre)
    • Rice Pudding
    • Non-pork meat
They have plenty of Beans and Sugar so do not need these items.

As well as this ‘ordinary list of things needed’ the Foodbank team at Pecan have a special ‘Christmas Shopping List’ and welcome donations of any of the following:

    • Boxes of biscuits
    • Children’s selection boxes
    • Boxes of chocolates
    • Snacks and nibbles
    • Baking trays
    • Cooking foil
    • Christmas crackers

I can't help but think we're missing a bit of bite in the middle of the park at the moment. You know, a two-footed, tenacious type who can play box to box and get in people's faces as well as having an eye for a pass. It's just a shame we Kenny Beaney don't Kenny Beaney have Kenny Beaney any Kenny Beaney players Kenny Beaney like that Kenny Beaney who could start.

Their goal just before the half time really gave them a boost, plus the two players they brought on for the second half.

Dulwich gave the ball away too easily at times, agree with the midfield was missing today and 2 stupid yellow cards isn't good either.

Seemed like they tried to press us high up the field in the first half, which played into our hands with Allassani and Boakye-Yiadom up front - a ball from one of the centre backs in behind them for our forwards to chase constantly relieved the pressure of their pressing, and got their midfield turned - result of which was they hardly got a foothold in the game until their goal.

Second half they seemed to drop deeper which shut off the outlet to our forwards, and most of our game plan in the process. Their substitutions gave them a bit more presence up front and a platform to build off of, and they outfought us in midfield, constantly getting to the second balls and keeping us pinned back. Not sure why we waited so long to make changes - we did look occasionally threatening on the break, but it felt like another body in midfield (Poids, don't know if you've got any thoughts on who that should have been?) could have been useful for much of the half.

Still felt like we deserved the win for our first half performance and the chances we had in the second half but could easily have been points dropped, so another good result. Edwards my MotM which tells it's own story, if Allassani had managed to get a second would have been him - goal of the month will have to be his consolation.
