Once you go above 3XL it becomes XFB sizes. And yes I wear a 5XL.

Should try dealing with women’s sizings! Bought a size 16 (my regular size) when they did the England kits in female fits post the Euros win. To say it’s “figure hugging” is to put it mildly!!

I think that equates to most football kits these days.
If you don't want "player fit" I'd go at least 1 size up if not 2 depending on manufacturer.
The last Puma top I bought was a large and that's fairly snug on me.
