Having read the entire report I'd say it's fairly accurate despite that early paragraph, which the writer more or less went on to contradict himself.Yeah I haven't got any problems with that. It's not a sweeping generalisation, the point is that it's more diverse - and you can't really claim that all those elements aren't there to some degree.
