That's how you get killer impurities in drugs, that's why you get acquisitive crime. You know, the things that disproportionately affect working class and non-white people. Where I am, the old bill are happy to persecute and prosecute dealers on the mostly-privately owned side streets round here, but not on the estates, so we get a lot of shit, including empty properties being occupied and used for dealing and drug-taking.
