Plush? Birmingham? Oh, you'll be thinking that since we had that bloody great UFO plonked in our city that we've gone all upmarket..........well, I can tell ya right here and now that we're more like a fish market than upmarket so don't go gettin' any funny ideas. I'm sure there's a Youth Hostel somewhere.....

see you soon, my luvva

but I'm here and I'm posh

:p

well ok ok I'm not but I had to try :p

yay I had to miss last one, will prob omly make it to the Sat night as Im a lightweight .... (and the small issue of work)

Tumbledown:

I'm going on the Sunday, bringing two Americans with me who've never been to Birmingham before. Are all tickets on the door? What are the chances of not getting in cos its too packed (on the sunday?)

£5- the price is right dude.

Safe.

p.s. i've never been to the custard factory before: i hear it has no chairs?

Me and Mr K are going to try and make it over for some/all of this, it looks well good. We're going to see Low on the Saturday night in Birmingham anyway, so will be knocking around afterwards, and what better way to compliment a Low gig than by getting blotto at a loud, busy event?

flavour.. you can buy tickets at www.theticketsellers.com/search.php for each individual day as well as the 4 day ticket. (you need to actually do a search for drop beats it won't let me go direct)

the custard factory doesn't have much in the way of seating - probably a couple of dozen seats in total (really) but dave has said he will be getting in extra seats from somewhere (Even if we have to nick em from a park for the weekend ;)).. custard factory is a great venue, becuase it is not really a venue iyswim? of course this brings it's own problems (like no seats and too few toilets) but it's well worthwhile imo.

Great sound in the Custard Factory - I saw Red Sparowes there a few weeks ago and the sound was crisp as three day old bacon

I'll certainly be interested in comin to the DBNB event. Especially Friday or even the Saturday. I know that this latest Brummite meet up will be ramma jamma. Hopefully there should be some ample room to shake yer thang on the ole dancefloor, compared to the last event.

Can't wait for it! :D
