Drink Drive Limit

If the limit were zero, then someone who had a glass of wine late the previous evening could, technically, still be showing some alcohol in their blood the next morning. Plus you've got all the oddities like Day Nurse having alcohol in, etc.

I think you could have a limit (say 25% of what it is now) which would prevent unnecessary convictions but which would to all intents and purposes, outlaw any drinking within a few hours prior to driving.

But people already fail the current test the morning after a good skinful so people should be made aware that it wouldn't allow for that!
