His in search of dracula programme was very good, learned a lot i didnt know before about bram stoker, I always enjoy his documentaries on horror.

He's a good bloke. Pretty good actor too. Made a very good Kenneth Horne on stage a few years ago

Well I enjoyed it even though, completely BBC's fault and definitely not my own, I watched E3 first.

Worth it even if just for the sheer beauty of the guy in the crematorium.

Studies in Terror is a great overview of the horror genre where he writes essays on 130 key horror films. I also have American Gothic, English Gothic and Euro Gothic by him and they go really in-depth for the proper horror movie geek. He certainly does his research.

The ending was an awful cop out, but otherwise I dunno why everyone hated the last episode other than that - I enjoyed it right up to the last minute or so.

Couldn't give a shit about young Harker and that nihilistic girl. When he was going on about her being the best bride ever...really? REALLY?

I was fully prepared for the 3rd episode bullshit so couldn't be disappointed in it. Great telly. Will never watch it again

I thought it was great, episode 3 included. I mean, they could have just done a straight remake, but the twists kept it interesting all the way through.

There's a definite skill to making something genuinely funny and scary at the same time, and not many things even attempt it, never mind pull it off. Top telly.
