I've just watched it. Very good, for what it is - children's television for Saturday teatime. Michelle Ryan was great.
People take it all too seriously and as a result miss out on why its so good. It's like Harry Potter. Treat it like adult telly or adult literature and theorise about it, and you will be disappointed.
I hope it is return of the Simms, he made a fntastic Master-better than Delgado imo
The 200 thing was due to it be supposedly the 200th Doctor Who story.
Now, to the geekyness. The Worldwide Call Tariffs advert on the side of the bus was torn to hide the company name. I reckon that could be to do with the Archangel network again - and further Master based shenanhigans.

Easter weekend is looking good for not leaving the house, what with this and new Red Dwarf...

course it is the master didn't die in the etcha sketch end of the world with donna did he... besides if you hide out at the end of time there's no dieing before that point no matter what happens to your corporial form by returning to another point in time prior to the end of time... see so in essence hiding out at the end of time means he's immortal for all time... quite clever each possible universe according to quantum mechanics will have alternate course dependant on individual actions...John Simm redux?
I hate that too, its so ham fisted. And do we really have to keep being told just how great the doctor is? (another very annoying RTD trait).
Worst bit of the programme. But then I hate him so much I sicked in my mouth whenever he came on screen.I did like Lee Evans and the "I love you" bit amused me.
Cool. Wasn't he in one of the Cushing films?Oh, and I've just read on Wiki that Bernard Cribbins is going to be the Doctor's companion in the last two episodes at Christmas.![]()

Excellent. That pleases me.

I reckon it's the thing that was causing the drumming in the Master's head. Didn't he say that the dum-dum-dum-dum drumbeat had been in his head his whole life, "calling him to war"?I agree with the four-knocks/Master theory.
