I doubt if there actually are or if there ought to be any rules regarding what anyone thinks of anyone else. But to be fair after taking stock briefly .. I too can't help worrying that my nearest and dearest are wronguns like all the rest of em .. nature aint all that <squints>
I declare Docherty a wrongun .. now stop bickering this instant :[
Ok thanks guys :|

Rock stars aren't half boring these days!! Getting chucked out of a band cause you do drugs  I can just imagine that tosser Woss interviewing Keef in that fashion, he'd bayonet him with his Fender  Poor lil Pete, bit of a pathetic attempt at trying to be what he imagines a real Rock musician should be.

Why did you feel you HAVE to hate him, just because others do/its fashionable in 'tabloid stylee' to do so? You liked him a bit after the show, and nw you want that reversed?
Like I said on the other thread...

Doherty's a young bloke who got a stupid amount of press attention and money he didn't know what to do with and went a bit nuts. I can't see any good reason for everybody feeling the need to shit on him for it*, you'd all probably be no better.

*Other than bitterness because they don't like all this new fangled music :p

i always thought he was a knob but he seems fairly cool.

just doesn't give a fuck; seems to be what's getting him through it.

fair play to him :)

I was expecting a trainwreck, but by the end was kind of wanting Doherty to go and live in Wossy's gypsy caravan. Maybe he should be locked in there with Four Poofs and a Piano and forced to write a masterpiece

did he actually SAY anything during the whole interview ? He seems to live at four miles an hour...

He looked better than he has for a long time, though he did have a ton of makeup on, and he's still stick thin. No surprise really considering. I don't think he was wasted at all though, thought that was clear to see during his performance, which was fantastic. Clearly blew away everyone who was there.

Anyways, it's just a nice change to see him showing how talented he is instead of the other stuff. In my experience most people who slag him off haven't heard his first album (The Libs weren't ever THAT popular). People don't seem to want to see past the drugs with him, which don't get me wrong, is his own stupid fault.
