i work in a casualish office, but occasionally wear a tie - if you're wearing a suit, or a shirt which requires tucking in, as tie is nigh-on essential.

You don't wear a tie at all though, and when you do it's usually with a shirt that doesn't need one because you only have one real shirt! You are so scruffy, you're the reason I had to make the dress code a written policy!
