Also the advice on what constitutes a fruit or veg and on portion size in this country is quite fucked.

I would make sure you put in the expensive freshly squeezed stuff and that will give you enough vitamin c for the day too, sure fire way to keep away pesky colds
This is one of those stupid questions that is supposed to be some kind of conundrum, but is actually nothing of the sort; the juice counts towards your health to whatever extent it may do, and the vodka (presumably) detracts from your health to whatever extent it may do; I doubt the body registers their coming together and docks health points because you didn't act in the spirit of the thing
Unless you have it for breakfast, in which case it doesn't count, no.
