Well I never thought I'd see Australia dominate against Brazil, but I just did.

Unfortunately, Harry Kewell is a wanker and most of the others need three touches to control the ball. For which Brazil must be very relieved indeed.

Well not quite the wildly optimistic 3-1 that I predicted but Brazil were still made to look like a second rate team playing humdrum football. On this form Riquelme would be able to orchestrate a demolition of their defence.

In fact Brazil played almost exactly like they did against New Zealand. Distinctly unimpressive and unimaginative with flashes of mediocrity they managed to steal a goal, bag a lucky late one and walk off with a largely undeserved victory.

Well done, the Aussies!! I thought they did fantasically well considering they were playing the world champions. I felt very proud (obviously, wished we could have won,but all things considered, they did us proud! )
