Virgin used to be Telewest if that helps and I think the Blueyonder bit came from them.

Have you tried sending yourself an e-mail from another address to check whether it's working (create a hotmail/yahoo! one if you don't have one)?

There's a page heretalking about people coming from Telewest that says they'll send you an email about swapping over.

Go to https://webmail.blueyonder.co.uk/ and look for any mail sent by Virgin. It may be that they've changed mail settings and sent them to your old mail address, which would be the sort of _really helpful_ thing you'd expect tbh.

If there's nothing there we might be able to find out what the settings should be from elsewhere.

Yes. Hasn't come through.

Nope, on that website it shows the mail sent up till yesterday which is when it all stopped working.
