Aye, that might be a better question. Because there are dozens of people here who care deeply and passionately about music, but not necessarily or especially about 77 style punk and oi. Personally it's quite a way down my list, despite the fact that I have a fair whack of it.
Perhaps the thread would be friendlier and more accurate if it was entitled "Does anyone care about trad punk and oi! any more?"
I asked for Trev's lists, cos I have broad tastes and buy a lot of music. Apart from a few things I already had, the stuff Trev was selling was the ugly, dogend of punk - just drab, monotonous bollocks. Even some fucking Oi.

actually, i'd have bought the antz demos LP and the amebix 12" if i didnt have them already. both great records of dramatically different punk sub-genres. 
Well yeh, the list isn't without merit - I used to love the Amebix. But to start bitching and moaning at people about not caring about music because they don't want to buy an Agnostic Front record is just infantile. But then Trev's not the most sophisticated debater I've ever encountered

Personally i think we've just gotten to the stage where music is so freely available and diverse you don't need to wear your music idenity like a badge of honour cause every fucker is into all sorts of music so whats the bloody point. We've grown up somewhat from such childish tribalism.

Just wondered what its like to be in a band with him, it must be pretty tense judging by his "at war with the punk scene" pieces in er...punk zines!
In the 80's i listened to Hanoi Rocks, Men They Couldn't Hang , early New Model Army (the birds fave all time band, i try not to remind her of how BORING they've become!)
To be honest i rarely listen to owt else now

My argument is RESPECT to all those who support the bands they're into , whatever the genre.
