"I am very sorry to hear about your recent accident outside Morleys Department store on Brixton High Street. This road is a designated Red Route and is maintained by Transport for London. I have reported the problem to them today. Your TFL reference number should you need to enquire further at TFL is W10037333.
I have reported the paving slab o/s 61 Coldharbour Lane to our highways team. A member of the team will inspect the site and take appropriate action. Our reference number is 2100557. I hope you recover quickly from your injuries."
