Anyway, thanks to you lot making me feel like a bad mother, I am now doing the kids hot meals in the evenings. Except once a week when they will have sandwiches. Alright?!!

as i said my youngest hardly ever ate a 'big' lunch given the choice.........and we have never done the food after school and then a meal later on thing....
all mine are huge lads so it obviously wasn't a problem !
If they are at home do you make 2 cooked meals a day ?
i certainly don't !
