no, the moaning is about the sports forum being split in two when a clear majority of the people in the consultation thread were not in favour of said change. the accompanying poll only gained a 53% majority when the editor said that a 45%-55% result wouldn't be enough

Should always have been this way.
Can't have a seperate Football Forum without splitting the Sports Forum.

why do we need a seperate football forum though? looking at the voters in the poll, the majority of the people who used the forum weren't in favour of a split

we've already gone through how it was explained earlier in the thread by the editor that 54% wasn't a big enough majority.
What makes me think this whole pointless bump/arguement has nothing to do with the Sports Forum being split ?

football forum being so low down in the list means this thread probably hasn't been noticed yet by the powers that be. it's easy to ignore us when we're shunted down the page.

I didn't vote in the first place because the question was flawed; separate from what - I'd think half of those who voted thought the choice was between merging it with General or keeping it as it was.
