In my case it's a kind of pissed and embarrassing electrocuted spasming punctuated with random passages of unnecessary headbanging, incoherent air guitar idiocy and throwing ill-advised messianic poses into the air. I have no idea why I do it, but for some reason it feels really good.

In my heyday, I loved it....eyes like saucers, glow-sticks in hand I would cavort like a loon and howl at the moon with the best of them.

These days I understand that my dancing resembles the dying throes of an epileptic walrus and therefore I glue myself to the edge of the dancefloor.

Sheepish look and pint in hand I leave it to the young, cool and limber these days.

i even have managed to gain something of a reputation

but i still think i look idiotic ... and i probably do ... but at least it's fun

it still takes me at least 3 pints to get on the dance floor though

mind you i dance around the kitchen in my dressing gown all the time... if any naibours are watching they must have died with laughter

My mate's dancer is the worst dancer I've ever seen - he's got no sense of rhythm, he's chronically uncool and nearly hits people accidentally.

But I love it when he dances - because he doesn't give a flying fuck what people think about him. And that means his dancing is completely joyous and infectious.
