As perplexis says it's akin to meditation. A few hours on a dancefloor or in a field, being aware of nothing other than the music and its emotion and letting your body automatically express itself is one of the best feelings

yes. i tried to vote for the first one but the stupid poll wouldn't let me. so i had to go for the next one. i got into a rage before this point though.
