do you ever go clubbing or to gigs on your own?

Been out to gigs/clubs abroad alone but not really here. Like people have already mentioned when abroad it's more about soaking up the culture where as here I just feel pretty lonely if I can't drag someone out.

I find myself alone in clubs later in the night from time to time, usually when when mates have left early or I've got lost and that doesn't feel so bad somehow. Probably because I've had a drink/rugs and got in the mood before feeling self concious.

I grew up mostly going to gigs alone, as my mates at the time were footie casuals (it was the thing back then) and hated aggressive music.

I still go to rockabilly or psychobilly gigs alone as I don't really know anyone who still likes the genres, or the slamming. We're getting older...

some of my mates have got marred and now frown or going to see bands
don't know if its a drugs temptation thing ! and the other who were always up for it have now moved to OZ NZ & states.

I got ozzy floyd & DP this year booked so far, only way going to see them is to go on own. /
