Week days is usually fruit and peanuts. Maybe some sezame snaps. Don't usually feel that hungry first thing but ravonous by mid morning. So the above is a compromise of health and lazyness.
Weekends it has to be meat. usually left over takeaway.
Yup. I can just about manage to get to work and scoff something if I'm too busy for brekkie here but I can't go without me brew cos it just throws my whole day out.
This morning I shoved down 2 slices of malt loaf here before getting to the canteen for hash browns, mushrooms and scrambled egg. It's usually noodles, or bagels or toast if I've run out of noodles or I'm not in the mood.

I never used to bother but recently I've been having granola or muesli with live yogurt and a smoothie, if I have fruit on top and an apple for elevenses that's 4 of my 5 a day before breakfast.
