What doesn't exist?

I sometimes have wine with my tea (as in meal), but not everyday cos then I would be an alcholic.

Danny is blythely assuming we are all nuclear families, sat round a dining table talking about current affairs and how well Johnny did at school today. He has completely ostracized us single microwave meal-eaters, sat in our bedsits, not even owning a jug. Not even owning a 2nd glass, secure in the knowledge that there will be no friend popping in...

:(

Isn't he just! What is this 'jug' I hear of? (I fill a glass or bottle up from the tap)

My bf didn't even own a kettle when he lived on his own.

"jug" I ask yee!

On sale at most hardware stores. Saves you going back to the tap several times throughout your meal.

Yes! And it makes me mad the local chippy doesn't sell d and b. It's mandatory drink with fish and chips!

I thought all Northern chippies had them. If I went back up to Leeds and found I couldn't get D&B, I'd have to write a strongly-worded letter.

I gotta have something to drink with my food.

However i can't drink booze with my food. Not even wine.

So I'm often seen with both a pint and a coke in restaurants. Or Coke and a glass of wine.
Coke for the food and booze for before and after I've eaten.

This has gotten me some looks in the past. Why is he ordering two drinks?

If coke aint available.
Lemonade, ice cold squash or water or something. Occasionally milk, if its say a cafe.

My old housemate does the same thing, and he drinks coke like a demon, so we end up with a table full of glasses if we're not careful!
