Oh it it does.... I can get in cans/tins from the vending machine at work you know. Still. You now have a long and happy polling career to look forward to. I look forward to many more :)
euww - orange juice would just be wrong drunk from the lip of a can... it must have traumatised you, which is why you are so wrong about pop...

Actually it's rather a pleasant alternative to pop and you get more than in a carton and don't need to fiddle with the straw.

330mls is rather a lot of acid for you too... it's definately unfucked about with pure juice? I can't imagine it... sounds all wrong. I'd have to pour it into a glass or get a straw. It'd be like drinking milk from a can...

There will be a poll.

tangerinedream is making me do it...

But basically, following on from his thread/poll - cans of coke / ginger beer / lemonade whatever... do you call them cans of pop or cans of drink?

I call it pop. I use 'drink' as a verb.

Unless you're discussing grape drink.

I couldnt vote as in my family it has always been referred to as "fizzy".

Well vote then!!! it's getting close... and I'm right.
tangerinedream - I am resisting every impulse i have not to PM you and tell you that "drink" is in the lead... but you'll come and see it for yourself soon... you can't resist...

:D :D :p ;)

In Scotland it's either called "juice" or "ginger" for aereated beverages.

Where I was, it was invariably "juice" which always prompted the response "This is nae juice" from any kid when given something squeezed out of real fruit. :D
