Do you buy biscuits?

Mr.QofG's does - normally those chocolate chip cookie things or chocolate digestives or something else that is on offer at the time.

I don't always go down the biscuit isle, it's not a regular stop off point in the supermarket, I just get them in occasionally, for the same reasons, either if I know folks are coming round or because if I open them I know they'll be gone quickly because I have no self-discipline. :o

Not particularly keen on digestives, apart from chocolate digestives. Prefer rich tea and ginger nuts and custard creams. Though I'm more likely to buy cheddars or shortbread (no artificial wotsits in the latter, more natural).

Ginger nuts are too hard.

Not if you soak them in rum.

I buy those Polish 'jaffa cakes' with cherry in them, or Choco Leibniz. I do like a digestive, too.

I get nice tins of biscuits at Christmas otherwise I don't because my son and husband scoff them in one sitting without even noticing they've eaten a whole packet each. They could probably down half a dozen packs in a day between them and then ask for more. I don't buy crisps or cereal for the same reason.

So I went round a mate's place yesterday and he offered up some 'Flora' sweet biscuits...yes, the butter brand 'flora' and I was like: yeah, why not, I'll have one with my cuppa for 11zies and one turned into 4...

And 4 turned into me thinking on the way home: ''Gee, those 'Flora' biscuits were soo good, im gonna pop down the supermarket and get me a packet of Floras...''

They only had a box of them. And I bought them.

But they're so sweet and buttery and melty. :o

Do you buy biscuits? Only on an internet forum would you get away with a question like that! DO YOU BUY FUCKING BISCUITS?
