As I pointed out in another thread, such laws make sense for countries which were at the centre of the 3rd reich, because the laws relate to stuff that happened in their own country.
I'm not sure it would make sense for japan, for instance, to introduce holocaust-denial-laws, but instead they may (for instance) want to introduce japanese-war-crime-denial laws.
Hence I'm not sure it would make sense for the UK either.
