Leopard print is dead easy to fake in paint...do your base colour and let it dry. Then do roundish blobs in a slightly different shade to the base coat and let them dry. Then mix up some dark brown or black paint on a plate. Not too thin, it needs to be tacky. Then bunch the tips of your fingers together, and dip onto the brown/black paint and then dot them on the roundish blobs.
