Dirty Neighbours. What to do?

Someone chucked bottles of wine and red hot oil from one of the windows in the flat I lived with my ex.

Someone from the council had a word and it seemed to improve there.

a)Inform the landlord of your uptairs neighbours dirty activities, if they are relatively new tenants, their tenancy contract may include intolerable behaviour terms, check this out, with council.

b)Keeep a recorded events diary

c)Take photographic evidence of littering

I had a neighbour who used to throw used nappies out of the window. I knocked and moaned about it for at least twenty mins untill she lost the will to do it anymore.

I very much doubt anyone has enough of a network to ensure no action is taken against them given the plethora of drop someone in the shit anonymously phone numbers.

Those anonymous numbers can be useless if the troublemaker is on the "right" terms with people in the departments who's job it is to take action against said troublemakers.
