i quite like romeo and juliet, although the line "juliet, when we made love, you used to cry" does worry me a little. what was he doing to the poor girl?

ALways thought it meant it was from happiness and joy, you have a suspicious mind - I lost my virginity to that album, it'll always have a special place in my heart for lovely reasons

Not me cup of armagnac, but it often surprises me just just how many people really detest this lot. I mean they were hardly in the same league of poo as Rick Astley or Phil Collins.

Maybe after they performed for the Israeli military certain people thought it was appropriate to loathe them as a political act.

He's a great guitar player, superb touch and a great sense of space to his playing.

Shame most of the music he's produced is so... bland. First couple of albums (up to Communique, I think) have their moments, but I can live without the vast majority of their music, thanks.

I bought the live album on gatefold LP for 50p at a car boot and have put Romeo and Juliet on a mixtape for a girl I liked who I knew liked it.

Sultans of Swing's a great track, and Love Over Gold and Brothers in Arms were always on the Volvo soundsystem burning down to the south coast during school holidays.
