I find that Lock never has anything to say nor does he contribute anything to a conversation.

I've noticed this. Save for the occasional single sentence jibe there's no real opinion being offered anywhere.

But he reckons he's being sinned against.

I've noticed this too. But I must say I question the sincerity of the "persecution complex". It's very easy to throw in a comment deliberately designed to get people off side, but when challenged, proclaim unfair treatment.
