Mine are still looking great after 6 years and when delivered there was a run in the fabric and they sent someone out to measure for a new cushion cover and replace the snagged bit within a week They did cost approx £800-900 for two sofas and a footstool but Im happy with them

The ads do make me laugh - I've spent ages looking for sofas, and know that the sofa the lady's stretching out luxuriously on with loads of room left at the end is, in fact, just a little over three-foot long. I'm surprised they can get away with it, really.

They're a bit expensive, too, but, from my POV, so is everywhere else.

Mine got into the house no bother - I just can't get them out now. I'm going to have to saw them in half.

So, they're actually not so bad, as long as you don't think you'll pay it off in time then don't.

Kind of - I bought a uPVC door to replace an old wooden one, and the frame is much bigger, so the gap is smaller!

Our sofa came from DFS and we've had it for 2 years with no problems. It's very comfy. We paid the whole lot upfront.

I bought one when my tenant told me the cover of the current one had fallen apart a bit... it was probably cheaper than reupholstering it, at about £420 including delivery. Dunno how it will last, but when I actually saw it in situ, it looked good and was really comfy. I'm pretty chuffed with it, but I think you have to search around to find a good one, maybe. I bought it online (cos I'd just had a baby and couldn't get to a store), but perhaps I got lucky.

The experiences on this thread suggest you didn't get lucky as most of them are positive.
