That's exactly what I think. Which one did you go for? I like the Matisse one and I can't see anything else like it anywhere - sat on it in the store and loved it. And after all the comments here, I think, after checking the build, I'm going to go for it.
Can't remember the name but it looks a bit like the one in kea's picture, only instead of having the two big rectangular pillows on the back rest it has 6 smaller square pillows of different patterns.

I am totally sofa'd out but ours comes next week WOOOHOOO.

Me and Fizz checked out DFS, MFI IKEA habitat the wokrs. Some of them were well nice but the price was shit on them even in the sale. And I know you cnat go and sit on them and stuff, But have a quick look through an Argos catalogue before you buy one and generally you'll find the same models at about a third of the prices.

Argos sofa's will fall to bits.
I have several friends who had them, I had one. They are CRAP and they arent the same sofas at all. I had a 9 month battle with them to get the suite I bought refunded

OURS BETTER FUCKING NOT !!!

Its taken fucking months to find one we could afford and liked.

So if that really is the case, and you know of loads of them falling to bits then we better get something sorted cos if it does Im gonna be busting heads and breaking things at Argos

whaddaya mean, 1 person more like!! :p the seat is the exact right length for me to lie flat along it and fit neatly in between the arm rests :D

In the past 4 years we've had 2 gorgeous sofas from DFS. First one was cream and really deep so that when you sat down you just sank into it - only got rid of this as we sold our flat with all the furniture and had to buy a new one. Made a huge mistake and bought an IKEA sofa which was like sitting on concrete so had to sell that one in Loot.

The current one is again from DFS and is a chocolate brown corduroy corner sofa which again is really comfy. I wouldnt think twice about recommending DFS and theyve such a massive range I think most tastes are catered for.

EVeryone who stays on our sofas have the best nights sleep :)

I really like DFS

newbie I'm afraid ... but here goes,

My bf's work mate bought a DFS sofa a couple of years ago. He and his family are, shall we say, a little on the large side. Anyhows, new sofa arrives, they all sit on it for approx 3 weeks - said sofa begins to collapse ... they call DFS and complain. Man from DFS comes round to investigate. Following investigation says "well mate, sorry, but I have to say that you and your family are a bit fat"

Nice bloke says "oh OK" and off goes DFS man - no comeback whatsoever.

OK, I'm fed up of hearing "I've had my sofa for two years and it's fine, blah, blah.."

I thought mine were fine after only two years.

People who have had their sofas for 10 years and are still happy with them, please tell me where you got them and for how much.

I don't want to fork out a grand for new sofas every three or four years, thanks very much.

Well my current sofa is a habitat one and I would guess its at least 10 years old. It is fine, although getting a little lumpy which is why I am replacing it, though I would say it is compromised by being a sofa bed which tend to wear less well.
