Cheapest rooms will be £80-£100 with discount for members. Membership is around £200 a year.
For comparison - shoreditch house charges £500 a year. They have more expensive membership prices for over 27s

It is no way in a legue to be compared with Shoreditch house. They have spent Millions on that.....They need it to be something very special for people to start paying £250 out of there back pocket......I hope to god it is special, but how the hell are they going to take away the smell of KFC when people want to open there £100 a night room?

I like the idea of the members' club. Might be worth joining myself
I'd be up for joining a members club, but only if the drinks were cheap and it was the sort of place I could go to all the time (not just to drink, but for breakfast before work, or a couple more drinks after closing time). Suppose I'd want more of a coop drinking establishment than a members club.
re smell: i think their rooms might be having windows on the side of the roof top/balcony. otherwise perhaps aircon and locked windows?
£ 100 is not too much for a hotelroom in london i think. we just nearly paid that in germany on some wine area hotel for a very small room.
of course i was just going to disagree. i personally don't like the idea because it would made me feel i can go nowhere else but this new member club...

Well yeah, if you were to spend £200 on a year's membership, you'd think it wouldn't break the bank to do so. I doubt I could justify the expense. But if I could afford it, I'm sure I'd have the money to go elsewhere too.
