all that happened really was the case was adjourned til january. But we know a few things now: the magistrate is interested in the case and it looks like she might read up on the situ possibly; the prosecution are scared of our QC; the trial will take SEVEN DAYS which was obvious really, but it was meant to be 3; the international law part of our argument cannot be dismissed out of hand

There were only 2 people in the viewing gallery who were not there for me, i brought down 12 assorted friends and family Dead chuffed!

Adjournment on the first day at a magistrates court is normal for cases that are bigger than petty crime - when I got busted for possession my 1st appearance was basically 'You are charged with blah, and we'll recommence proceedings on blah when the CPS can present their case'.

Other stuff looks vaguely positive tho
