Decent meals in one microwave?

Anything that you'd normally boil or steam is easy enough in a nukamatic. Rice, potatoes, fish, all sorts. This applies well to steamed puddings, too.
 
My mum cooks a wicked risotto in the microwave. She's got a huge book of microwave recipes from the arly eighties, when they were obviously very exciting. Apparently it's the only good thing in the whole book :D

I'll get the recipe next time I go over there.
