Found this old thread looking for an affordable ladies hairdresser in Brixton/Herne Hill. Also searched the web and phoned few salons to enquire about their prices.. In the end found one on Brixton Hill that does ladies wash&cut for £16 - Christines (100 Brixton Hill). Went in and was really glad I found it, since the hairdresser/owner was sooo nice and professional and that really helped since I was scared like s*** of cutting my hair to a sharp bob after decades of long hair. Totally recomend the service and I think it doesn't get cheaper than this!
