Gawd, sorry for this post, but just in case it's anyone's, because I think the council guy with the wheely bin, brush and spade might have been about to pick it up when I walked past a bit over an hour ago, in which case (if it's owned) the owner might not get to see it again. It was on the one-way road if you were coming around St Matthews up from Brixton, then going around it to get back towards Brixton (as opposed to coming around St Matthews to go up the hill). By the traffic lights there.
Looked completely black, medium sized, glossy medium-length fur (as in not as short as a typical short hair, but not long haired by any means). Definitely dead I'm afraid, I would say run over.
